The important thing you need. Without the scavenger hunt.

Keep essential household details structured, searchable, and ready to turn into practical outputs.

Free: an emergency contacts sheet. No account or payment needed.

Full: household and pet-care instructions, important locations, and first actions in a shareable PDF. Pay once. No subscription.

For the details you should not have to rediscover.

EverPacket gives each detail a clear place and enough context to make sense later. It records the reference or location you enter; it does not fetch, upload, or track the underlying item.

  • The shipping customer number you use twice a year
  • Where the passport and vehicle title live
  • Which insurer or household service line to call
  • Where the password-manager emergency kit is stored
  • Which procedure only one person in the house knows
  • Which reference belongs to which person or organization

Find it for yourself. Make it clear for someone else.

  1. 01

Record it in the right structure

Guided sections and quick add separate contacts, non-secret references, locations, and instructions instead of dropping everything into one long note.

  2. 02

    Search this local packet

Search runs in your browser, shows matching local entries, and jumps to the source. Terms and result values are not sent to EverPacket.

  3. 03

    Choose the exact handoff

Select individual entries, put sections in the right order, name the custom packet, and save that definition locally for the next time.

A useful map of the household. Not a vault of secrets.

Who to call, where things live, what has to keep happening. Deliberately not passwords, PINs, full account numbers, or medical records. Instead, the packet can point to where an appropriate source or emergency kit lives.

One packet. A different handoff for each kind of week.

Use a built-in situation or save a named custom packet with the exact entries and section order you choose. Duplicate a useful handoff, adjust it for the next person, and regenerate it from the same local source packet.

A household organizer. Not a password manager or cloud vault.

EverPacket structures the non-secret contacts, references, locations, and instructions you enter. It does not search your email or cloud drives, fetch underlying records, or store your working packet in an EverPacket account.

EverPacket is not a password manager. Keep passwords, PINs, recovery codes, and other unlocking secrets in a dedicated password manager. EverPacket can record where that vault’s emergency instructions are kept.

The account knows the purchase. Your browser knows the packet.

Packet contents do not cross this boundary. Signing in restores a purchase, not a packet.

Your EverPacket account

  • Account and linked identity
  • Purchase and recovery records
  • Consent and basic security events

Your browser and files

  • Every packet field
  • Local search index and saved custom packet definitions
  • .EverPacket project backups
  • PDFs, vCard contact files, and QR Codes

A packet that tells you when it’s going stale.

A guided review walks the sections that are due: confirm what’s still right, fix what isn’t. One edit marks every generated page ready to regenerate, and EverPacket tells you when your backup file is older than your edits.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just a Google Doc?

A blank document leaves you to decide what belongs, notice what is missing, and keep every copy current. EverPacket supplies guided prompts, flags important gaps and risky secrets, and regenerates each focused handoff from one source packet. The working packet also stays in your browser instead of in a cloud document service.

Can I search the packet?

Yes. Search runs in this browser over the packet you have open and jumps to the matching local entry. Search terms and result values are not placed in URLs or sent to EverPacket. It does not search your email, cloud drives, phone, or other devices.

How long does this take?

The free emergency sheet takes one sitting: a few contacts and you can print it. A complete packet usually runs 45 to 75 minutes, depending on how much household there is to describe. You do not have to finish in one go: every answer is saved on this device as you type, and you can come back to the rest whenever.

Is this a will or an estate plan?

No, and it is not legal advice. EverPacket is the practical layer underneath one: who to call, where things are, and what has to keep happening while you are unavailable. It records where your will, deed, or power of attorney live. It does not replace them.

Where is my packet stored?

The editable packet stays in this browser profile, and generated files go wherever you save them. EverPacket’s servers hold account and purchase records, but they do not receive packet fields, PDFs, contact cards, or project files.

What does signing in restore?

Signing in restores your EverPacket account, settings, and Full purchase access. It does not sync or restore packet contents. To move or recover a packet, download an .EverPacket project backup and import it yourself.

Can I keep working without an internet connection?

Yes. Once EverPacket has loaded on this device, local editing and supported local outputs remain available offline. Internet is still required for sign-in, checkout, purchase verification, account changes, and sending email.

How do I move a packet to another device?

Download an .EverPacket project backup from the original device, move that file using a storage method you trust, and import it on the new device. Signing in on the new device restores purchase access, not the packet itself.

What happens if I clear browser data or lose this device?

The local working copy can be lost. Keep a recent .EverPacket project backup somewhere appropriate for its sensitivity and occasionally test that it opens. Downloaded backups are not deleted when browser storage is cleared.

Is EverPacket Full a subscription?

No. EverPacket Full is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. The exact current price is shown before checkout. The free emergency sheet remains available without an account or purchase.

What if I buy it and it isn’t for me?

Ask within 14 days of purchase and, as long as you have not completed a paid output yet, a refund is generally approved. Downloading, printing, or explicitly sharing a paid PDF can end that voluntary window, as can downloading or explicitly handing off a paid contact-card file. Previewing an output and exporting an .EverPacket project backup do not. The full terms are on the refund policy page, and nothing there limits the rights your local law gives you.

Everything they’ll need. Clearly in one place.
