Effective date: August 26, 2026
EverPacket is committed to making its website, application, purchase flow, account functions, support, and customer documents accessible. This Statement does not claim full WCAG conformance because a production accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
1. Accessibility goal
EverPacket's target is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for EverPacket-controlled web content and application functions, together with applicable disability-access and digital-accessibility law.
Where a third-party checkout, identity-provider page, PDF viewer, printer dialog, contacts application, QR scanner, browser, or operating-system function is involved, that provider controls its own accessibility. We will work to offer a reasonable alternative when a third-party barrier prevents a customer from completing an EverPacket transaction or using a core feature.
2. Current design measures
The current product includes or is designed to include measures such as:
-
semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages;
-
keyboard-operable buttons, dialogs, forms, and navigation;
-
visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content route;
-
text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where applicable;
-
color contrast and information not conveyed by color alone;
-
responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile profiles;
-
U.S. Letter and A4 PDF options;
-
standard and large-text PDF options;
-
clear local-save, backup, entitlement, and error status text;
-
reduced dependence on drag-and-drop or pointer-only actions; and
-
plain-language explanations of local storage, purchase, refund, and privacy boundaries.
These measures must be verified against the exact production release and supported assistive technologies.
3. Known and potential limitations
Until the audit is complete, known or potential limitations include:
-
generated PDFs may not contain complete semantic tagging, reading order, bookmarks, language metadata, or accessible form structure;
-
QR codes and vCard/contact-card handoff depend on third-party scanning and contacts software;
-
browser PDF preview frames, print dialogs, file pickers, and download controls vary by platform;
-
charts or visual status components may need additional text equivalents;
-
very long packet content may cause PDF layout or reading-order issues;
-
offline cached pages may not be the latest version;
-
third-party Stripe/Link checkout and Google, Meta/Facebook, or Microsoft sign-in have separate accessibility characteristics; and
-
browser storage, private-mode, or enterprise restrictions may create error states that require improved assistive-technology announcements.
The independent audit must test keyboard-only use, screen readers, zoom and reflow, high contrast, reduced motion, text spacing, form errors, focus management, touch targets, mobile orientation, generated PDFs, legal documents, checkout handoff, account recovery, and privacy controls.
4. Alternative access and reasonable accommodation
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from reviewing product information, purchasing, activating, using a core feature, requesting a refund, exercising a privacy right, or obtaining support, contact us. Tell us:
-
the page or function involved;
-
the browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them;
-
the barrier you encountered; and
-
the format or alternative that would help.
Do not send packet contents or unnecessary sensitive information. We may provide product information in an accessible electronic format, assist with a transaction or account process, offer a non-digital support path where reasonably available, or provide a refund or other remedy where a barrier cannot be resolved and law requires it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days. These are service targets, not a waiver of any shorter legal deadline.
6. Enforcement and complaints
We encourage you to contact EverPacket first so we can investigate and correct the barrier. You may also use any complaint, regulator, court, ombudsman, or enforcement process available under applicable law, including disability-access and consumer-protection law. Contacting us is not a mandatory prerequisite to urgent or statutory relief.
7. Technical and legal basis
This Statement is intended to support work under WCAG 2.2 AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable U.S. state law, Section 508 principles where relevant by analogy, the European Accessibility Act and national implementing law where applicable, the UK Equality Act 2010, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act where applicable, Australia's Disability Discrimination Act 1992, and other applicable accessibility and anti-discrimination law.
An exemption or threshold must be documented by counsel and must not be used to make misleading accessibility claims or to avoid a reasonable, low-burden correction.
8. Assessment status and updates
Current status: Not yet formally assessed for full conformance. No production conformance claim should be made.
EverPacket is completing automated and manual accessibility testing, including representative keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, mobile, generated-output, checkout, account-recovery, and privacy-control workflows. We will update this Statement with the assessment date, scope, known exceptions, and available workarounds.
This Statement will be reviewed after material interface changes and at least annually.
